Our Services

Strength & Mobility Coaching

Strength training is one of the greatest investments you can ever make. Learn how to make the most of your training sessions, building strength with proper technique and guidance. All sessions include mobility warm-ups, and a combination of bodyweight, free weights, and cable machines.

Semi-Private Training

This option is great for those who want to train with a friend, spouse, or family member who has a similar level of fitness and similar goals, at a highly discounted rate.

Sports Massage (Half Hour)

These 30 minute sessions are done fully clothed on a massage table. They consist of myofascial stretching, compression, trigger point treatments, and PNF stretching.

Online/Virtual Training

I provide programming in the form of 6 week cycles. I have multiple options available depending on your skill level and experience.

Train Online With Me

Nutrition Counseling (Coming soon)

Personalized nutrition counseling will be available starting in December 2025. I will be looking for people interested in increasing performance and changing body composition. More details to come.
