My nutrition coaching is for those who want to improve body composition, those who are currently taking GLP1 medications and want to develop sustainable eating habits to support their weight loss, and anyone who wants to improve overall health.
If we choose to work together, you will have a full-service package that will include:
A 90 minute consultation, with an audit of your current diet
A personalized plan to match your lifestyle and preferences
Access to my mobile app for reinforcing habits as well as a 2 day per week strength training program
Weekly check-ins and nutrition education
Easy access to me as your coach

Strength & Mobility Coaching
Getting stronger is one of the best investments you can make for your overall health and quality of life. Mobility is also a key factor in being able to do the things you love, for as long as you can.
One-on-One Private Session
After a thorough assessment, and a conversation about your goals, I will build a program that is just the right fit for you. You will learn how to utilize a variety of modalities including bodyweight, free weights, TRX, and resistance bands.
55 minute session: $85

Semi-Private (Partner) Sessions
Perfect for those with a friend or loved one with similar fitness level and goals. Cut your cost almost in half and train at the same time!
4 Pack of 60 minute sessions: $200 (each person buys a 4 pack)
Online Training
I offer 6-week training programs depending on your level of skill and experience.
How it works:
We schedule a phone call or video call to assess your fitness level and discuss goals and health history.
Download the TrueCoach app (free) and access your program, which includes multiple workouts per week, video tutorials, and the ability to send me videos to check your form.
Massage Therapy
My massage therapy techniques utilize sports massage, myofascial stretching, and targeted trigger point release to reduce pain and restore proper muscle function. Each session focuses on a group of involved muscles, as opposed to the entire body.
